If you aren't prepared to go full titanium on your knife, this oversized thumbstud is the perfect first step! Machined from solid titanium, our thumbstud fits the BEEF knife, a bunch of Benchmade knives, as well as many other knives with thumbstuds, including the Arcade!
Anodize finishes are made to order and will add 1-2 days to order processing time.

The thumbstud has a .215" diameter compared to our normal .2" diameter, and is .2" tall vs the usual .143".
Our BEEF™ Titanium Thumbstud Kit should most Benchmade models with a two part thumbstud. It's a perfect replacement for: Bugout 535, Mini Bugout 533, Bailout, Osborne 940 Series, Mini Osborne 945 Series, Griptilian, Mini Griptilian, Mini Crooked River, and Mini Freek.
It will also fit even more models, though it is a hair shorter than the stock thumbstud on these: North Fork Folder, Vallation, Mini Vallation, Triage, Adamas, Contego, Mini Barrage, Boost, and Emissary.
There are two models it will NOT fit, the Valet and the Nakamura.
Will also fit many other knives with thumbstuds.

Knife not included. Requires a torx set to install. Apply a small amount of loctite to ensure it stays put. Features a T6 Torx drive on both male and female sides of the thumbstud. We recommend a new and high-quality torx driver for dissasembly and tightening.
We guarantee all Flytanium goods to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If your product is defective, we will repair it, replace it, or substitute it for a different product of equal value. The Flytanium warranty covers owner disassembly of your BEEF® knife.
